Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Carefully place the item in its original box, ensuring all manuals and peripherals are included, and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
